What is the difference between postpaid advance payment method and prepaid method?

Postpaid advance payment method is a monthly subscription and payment method. The bills will come at the beginning of the month that attached based on the recurring subscription packages. Prepaid method is a method of subscribing to pay the bills based on usage and duration of the period of validity.

What is the difference between Light Speed Internet Access data service with other data services?

Light Speed Internet Access provides unlimited data package using FTTH technology (Fiber To The Home) or fiber optic cable nework that is connected directly to customer’s home. By using this technology, customer will enjoy data services with Light Speed quality.

Is there any penalty charge if the customer stop the subscription before or at 12th month?

Yes, there is. The customer will be charged for Rp.500.000,- penalty (exclude 10% of Ppn tax)

What will the customer get if they join the MNC Play internet promotion? And when the period of the program will be ended?

There are 2 kinds of promotion available if you want to subscribe MNC Play: a. 50% discount for 3 months Internet promo package + 50% Discount for installation fee + 3 months free Extra speed for internet connection. This promotion program will be ended by the end of December 2014. b. Internet promo package pay 1 month subscription and get 1 month free + 50% discount for installation fee + 3 months free Extra speed for internet connection. This promo will be ended by the end of December 2014.

How to get Internet promo A?

Customer will get that promo by enclosing the latest subscription invoice of internet package from another internet provider when they registered as MNC Play subscriber during the promo period.

What is the benefit for the member of Internet promo A?

The benefit for customer are: 
  1. 50% discount for installation fee, exclude additional material fee.
  2. 50% discount of subscription cost for 3 months using the package chosen. 50% discount only on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd month
  3. Customer willl get an internet profile above the registered package for 3 months.

How to get the Internet promo B?

Customer will get the promo without any requirements during the promo period.

What is the benefit of being the customer with the subscription of Internet promo B?

The benefit are:

50% discount for installation fee o Exclude additional material fee.

 
The customer get 1 month free service on month 2nd if they have done the payment of internet package in month 1st. 
The customer is not allowed to divert the bonus of month 2nd to other month. 
The customer is not allowed to upgrade the package during the 2nd month bonus.
 
The customer will get an internet profile above the package registered for 3 months.

What is “up to” in connection speed packages?

“Up to” in connection speed packages means that the current internet speed is being "shared" with other customers.

What should I do to get Light Speed Internet Access?

You only need to do these 3 steps: • Step 1: Check the coverage area of MNC Play service on www.mncplaymedia.com or contact the customer service of MNC Play. • Step 2: Please apply via website, galleries, events, direct sales, etc. which will be followed up by the sales team. Fulfill the payment requirements of MNC Play services through the payment channels. • Step 3: MNC Play will make an agreement with the customer to do the installation.

Can I upgrade my light speed internet package?

Yes, you can.

How is the billing cycle of Light Speed Internet Access Package?

Billing cycle (BC) consists of: 1. BC 1 applies to customers who activated on 26th until 1st day of the following month, the usage will be on 1st until 31st of the month. 2. BC 5 applies to customers who activated on 2nd until 5th day of the month, the usage will be on 5th day of the month until 4th day of the following month. 3. BC 10 applies to customers who activated on 6th until 10th day of the month, the usage will be on 10th day of the month until 9th day of the following month. 4. BC 15 applies to customers who activated on date 11th until 15th day of the month, the usage will be on 15th day of the month until 14th day of the following month. 5. BC 20 applies to customers who activated on 16th until 20th day of the month, the usage will be on 20th day of the month until 19th day of the following month. 6. BC 25 applies to customers who activated on 21st until 25th day of the month, the usage will be on 25th day of the month until 24th day of the following month.

Why the service blocking occured?

Service blocking occurred after 5 days from the due date which is the date of BC (billing cycle) / charge cycle if customers did not make the payment. Service blocking means customers can not enjoy the service.

How do customers make payment?

1. Using a virtual account 2. Using auto debit payments. 3. Using a Debit Card by coming to MNC Play’s gallery. 4. Using a Credit Card by coming to MNC Play’s gallery

Can a customer subscribe more than one package by using the ID with the same address?

No, they cannot. Subscription will be identified by the address, not the ID. So, an address will only subscribe for one High Speed Internet access.

Is there any charge for new installation?

YES, there is. The fee for installation is Rp.200.000,- (exclude 10% Ppn tax), except when there is a promotion program.

Is there a type of modem equipment to enjoy the package of Light Speed Internet Access?

YES, there is. The equipment is an Optical Network Terminal (ONT). MNC Play will lend the ONT to the customer.

What is the function of Optical Network Terminal (ONT)?

• 2.4 GHz WIFI • 4 Ethernet ports • 2 POTS (not used) • 1 USB Slot (not used)

What the customer should do if the material provided is not enough?

Customer will be charged for additional cost to provide the material needed.

When will the bills printed?

The bills will be generated 15 days before the due date (date of billing cycle/charge cycle).

What is the standard media for the bills?

1. Email : maximum 10 days before the due date or 5 days after the bill generated, 3 days before the due date and 1 day before the due date. 2. SMS : 3 days before and the due date.

Can the customer ask the print bills when they want it?

YES, there is. Customer will be charged Rp.10.000,- (Exclude 10% of Ppn tax) per month. The printed bills will be sent maximum 5 days before the due date or 10 days after the bill generated

Is there any additional charge if the customer do the payment via ATM?

YES, there is. The customer will be charged by additional administrative fee based on bank policy.

Is there any payment reminder for customer in due date?

YES, the reminder will be sent via : 1. Email : Email will be sent to customer 3 days and 1 day before the due date. 2. SMS : SMS will be sent to customer 3 days, 2 day before the due date, and 2 days after the due date. 3. Telepon : Customer will get the phonecall between 2 days until 4 days before the due date.

What will happen if the customer stopped the subscription permanently?

The following tools will be taken from customer:

1. 1 unit Optical Network Terminal (ONT),

2. 1 Adaptor Power

3. 1 unit kabel UTP (RJ – 45)

4. 1 unit Rosset (terminal Box)

Is the IP provided on the service is a Public IP?

No, it is Private IP.

What is Retail Indovision Internet Package?

Retail Indovision Internet Package is the internet service of Indovision, it is an Indovision’s Alacarte available for Indovision Paid TV customer.

What packages are available in Indovision Retail Internet Package?

  • Residential Internet Package is the internet package available for individual housing that have already subscribed Indovision Paid TV. It refers to individual horizontal housing and vertical housing (apartment) that is used as permanent resident.
  • SOHO/SME Internet Package is the internet package provided for small offices, home offices, or any kind of small medium enterprises that have already subscribed Indovision Paid TV.

Can a customer downgrade their package?

Yes, they can downgrade their package after 6 months period from their first activation.
